Terms of service
These terms cover your use of inkstack.store and any purchase from it. Placing an order means you agree to them.
Products
Every item is 3D printed to order in PLA. Layer lines are part of the process and not a defect. Colors may differ slightly from photos, and small dimensional variation is normal for printed parts. Keep products away from high heat (dishwashers, ovens, parked cars). Items with small parts are not suitable for children under 3.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars. I may cancel and refund any order — for example if a product is mispriced or can't be printed as requested — and will tell you why. Made-to-order items enter the print queue shortly after purchase, so cancellations or changes need to be requested within 24 hours.
Custom work
Custom colors or designs are quoted individually and are final sale once printing starts.
Intellectual property
Designs, photos, and text on this site belong to inkstack and can't be copied or resold. If you send me a design to print, you confirm you have the right to use it.
Liability
Products are provided as described. To the extent the law allows, inkstack isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to what you paid for the order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
