Are the lines on the surface a defect?
No. 3D prints are built layer by layer, and faint horizontal lines are the signature of the process, the way grain is part of a wooden piece. Defects are a different thing: stringing, gaps, warping, or rough edges. Those don't leave the shop.
Is it dishwasher safe?
No. PLA starts to soften around 140°F (60°C), and a dishwasher runs hotter than that. Wash by hand with cool or lukewarm water and mild soap, and keep pieces out of direct sun on a windowsill or in a parked car.
Can I get a custom color?
Usually, yes. Each product lists the colors I keep on hand, but if you want something different, ask before you order and I'll tell you what I can do and whether it changes the timing.
How long does it really take?
Plan on about two business days for printing and finishing, then the shipping time for your address. You'll get a confirmation with tracking the moment it leaves. Bundles and larger pieces can take an extra day.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now I ship within the United States. If you're outside the US, email me with what you'd like and where it's going, and I'll quote shipping before you commit to anything.
What if it arrives damaged?
Reply to your order confirmation with a photo within 7 days of delivery and I'll reprint and reship it. No forms, no arguing.
Can you print something custom?
Sometimes. If you have a file or a clear idea, send it over and I'll tell you whether it's a good fit for PLA and for my printers.
