Refund policy

Everything at inkstack is printed to order, so I keep this simple.

Damaged or defective

If your order arrives broken, warped, or with a real print defect (stringing, gaps, rough edges — not layer lines, which are normal), reply to your order confirmation with a photo within 7 days of delivery. I'll reprint and reship it at no cost, and you don't need to send the original back.

Changed your mind

Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they're unused and in original condition. Email first so I know it's coming. You cover return shipping; once it arrives I'll refund the item price to your original payment method. Original shipping isn't refunded.

Final sale

Custom colors, custom designs, and anything made to your specifications can't be returned unless it's defective.

Wrong or missing items

My mistake, my fix. Email me and I'll send the right thing right away.

Timing

Refunds go out within 3 business days of receiving a return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
